The Apartments

The Grange contains four spacious self catering apartments, which are all graded 4 star by the Visit Britain Quality in Tourism Board:

Dovecot is a studio apartment with sea view for two guests with double bed, kitchen area and shower room.

Enderley sleeps six with two double bedrooms and one twin room, a through sitting room with kitchen at one end, eating area with table and chairs and a sitting area at the end with picturesque sea view, and a bathroom with separate shower cubicle.

Larkrise is a two bedroom apartment with a double bedroom, a room with bunk beds, sitting room with kitchen area to one side with sea views, and bathroom.

These three apartments are on the first floor of the house.

The Pines is the fourth apartment has its own access door on the ground floor to the rear of the house and has a large drawing room with dining area in the large bay window with views of the sea, complete with a wood burner for cooler evenings.

There is a double bedroom, a twin room which is down a short staircase, a studio sofa-bed in the drawing room a kitchen and bathroom with a shower cubicle.

This apartment is available for guests who wish to bring their dog with them. (We make a small charge for pets.) This apartment has direct access to a secluded spot in the rear garden.

All the apartments have televisions with video recorder
and DVD player, and a stereo radio/CD player.
We supply bed linen and towels for your stay, with extra towels for a midweek change if required. (However, guests need to bring their own beach towels.)
The kitchens are equipped with microwaves and electric stoves, all the usual kitchen equipment, including tea towels and even washing up liquid.
The use of a washing machine/dryer is also available for all guests use whilst at The Grange. Laundry may also be hung in the garden.

The Games Room is situated at the opposite end of the house to the car park. We have a table tennis table and table football in there for guests’ use until 8pm each evening.

For the sole use of our guests for relaxing is an impressive and elegant drawing room with a delightful sea view. There is a wide variety of books and board games to cater for all tastes and an open fire which can be lit on a cool evening.

The gardens at The Grange are there for guests to enjoy, ideal for children to run around and explore, with a barbeque for alfresco eating, and strategically placed seating to enjoy the views and quiet. We have various equipment for outdoor games; badminton, softball, boulles and croquet, all of which are available for use by our guests and stored in the games room.
